20-30 minutes while saving configuration from administrative
console.

Administrative console was trying to use the request object
outside its life cycle causing webcontainer exceptions and a
hung thread.

Problem conclusion

Code changes have been made to use the request object properly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
