Problem conclusion

Since a connector is no longer automatically initialized on
server start-up in v7.0.0.0, applications that create
connectors on application start-up may encounter problems
when creating connector due to lack of Java 2 security
permissions  when loading connector classes. This problem is
fixed so that applications do not require explicit
class loading permissions to create a connector.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
