Error description

This APAR addresses the following problems in flexible
management:

- 100% CPU usage at the job manager when security is enabled
and managed nodes are polling
- cluster start or stop jobs report partial success when all
members have started or stopped.
- when a scripting job is targeted to multiple nodes which are
registered to a common admin agent, some nodes report success
even though the script was not successfully run on that node
- managed nodes with NLS characters in their profile names get
security errors when polling for jobs and when unregistering
from the job manager
- jobs are rejected when using Kerberos and job manager and
managed node are in different realms

This APAR addresses the following problems in flexible
management:
- 100% CPU usage at the job manager when security is enabled
and managed nodes are polling
- cluster start or stop jobs report partial success when all

- when a scripting job is targeted to multiple nodes which are
registered to a common admin agent , some nodes report success
even though the script was not successfully run on that node
- job status remains unattempted when a target's profile
contains NLS characters
- unregisterWithJobManager command results in the error
WASX7015E: Exception running command: "$AdminTask

Server Error
- jobs are rejected when using Kerberos and the job manager
and managed node are in different realms

Problem conclusion

- security code was updated to cache certificate information
to improve performance during job polling
- an error in the polling of cluster member status was fixed
- wsadmin scripting jobs are restricted to running serially to
deal with wsadmin limitations
- updates were made to the way the job manager stores a
managed node's profile name so the NLS characters are not used
in security certificates
- realm information was added to the information exchanged
between a managed node and the job manaager and new security
code was added to accept realm info.
