On the Topic Access Roles security panel if a sub-topic has
"Inherit receiver role from parent" set,
but the parent topic has no receiver role set AND has "Inherit
receiver role from parent" UNSET,
then the subtopic role should be unset. However, it shows as
inherited.


When configuring a custom domain to secure a bus in the
administrative console, attempting to customize the user realm
for LDAP, Local OS or Custom will result in a blank page.


Changing the name of an MQ Link causes various attributes of
the MQ Link to be reset to default values. These
attributes include the exception destination for the link, the
'Prefer queue points local to this link's messaging engine'
setting for the link and the name and engine attributes. This
is likely to cause runtime errors.


When no exception destination is specified for a service
integration bus destination, Checking the "Override messaging
engine blocked retry timeout default" checkbox on the detail
panel for that destination correctly enables the time interval
between retry attempts, after the Maximum failed deliveries
per message limit has been reached, to be changed, by entering
a value in the "Blocked retry timeout in milliseconds" textbox
field.  However it is possible to check the "Override
messaging engine blocked retry timeout default" checkbox and
then enter a value in the "Blocked retry timeout in
milliseconds" textbox field when an exception destination is
specified, which is incorrect, they should be disabled.

Also, the "Maximum failed deliveries per message" text box is
disabled when any setting for the Exception destination other
than "Specify" is selected, this is incorrect,it should be
enabled in all cases.


The listAllRolesForGroup AdminTask command does not work. It
does not return any security roles for a given group even if
that group has roles.


When enabling policy assistance for a cluster member the user
may be taken to a blank screen after clicking "Next" on the
"Configure JVM Settings" step.


Attempting to add a bus member, running on a 64-bit machine,
with a JVM heap size greater than 2048 MB incorrectly fails
with a CWSJA0143E error message.


Following a network failure, a WebSphere MQ queue manager may
not be able to reconnect to an MQ link. The WebSphere MQ
Sender channel may be left in a retrying state even though its
partner WebSphere MQ link receiver channel is available. This
is because, by default, the Adoptable attribute on an MQ link
is, incorrectly, unset.

Problem conclusion

This APAR fixes these problems performing messaging related
administrative actions.
