Error description

When setting Performance Monitoring Infrastructure (PMI)
metrics for service integration bus (SIB) on the configuration
tab, the values are not saved.  When the application server is
started, the SIB metrics are not enabled and not available.

Setting them on the Runtime tab is successful.

When service integration bus (SIB) related metrics are enabled
from the configuration tab of Performance Monitoring
Infrastructure (PMI) > server1 > Custom monitoring level. The
counters are not getting enabled for statistics and the
statistics for the counters are unable to be obtained.
The counters have to be enabled from the Runtime tab of the
PMI panel and persist the changes always for the statistics.
This problem is occurring  because of the difference in the
Runtime and Configuration related Module names at the time of
server start.

Problem conclusion

The metadata for the SIB Module is changed in the
configuration to resolve the problem.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
