ServletContext.getMimeType().

Problem summary

The WebContainer does not allow for a null or empty string to be
passed as a parameter to ServletContext.getMimeType(String
file). If a null is passed a NullPointerException will occur. If
an empty string is passed the reported
StringIndexOutOfBoundsException will occur.

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer has been updated to return null from
ServletContext.getMimeType(String file) if it is passed a null
or empty string.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
