APAR status
Closed as program error.
Error description
In the WebSphere Application Server administrative console, the command assistance is incorrect for listing objects that are nested three levels or deeper. For example, the command assistance for listing custom properties of an application server's thread pool incorrectly uses AdminConfig.getid(). Wsadmin does not support AdminConfig.getid() for objects that are nested this eeply.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of WebSphere Application Server * * V7.0 Administrative Console. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The command assistance is incorrect * * for listing objects that are nested * * three levels or deeper. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** When the console was creating command assistance for nested WCCM objects, it was trying to use the more user-friendly AdminConfig.getid() instead of the hardcoded object's name in cases where wsadmin didn't support AdminConfig.getid().
Problem conclusion
The console has been changed to correctly handle the command assistance for nested objects. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpack 7.0.0.3.
