Creating multicall via spec MBean does not seem to work, and
fails with multiple errors.

Multicall is the behavior whereby operations on Java Management
Extensions (JMX) Management Beans (MBeans) are performed in
multiple servant regions on z/OS. The properties
proxyInvokeType and proxySetterInvokeType, which can take on
the values "multicall" or "unicall", are IBM enhancements to JMX
ModelMBeanAttributeInfo and ModelMBeanOperationInfo objects.
proxyInvokeType=multicall and proxySetterInvokeType=multicall
may be specified in the ModelMBeanAttributeInfo object
and proxyInvokeType=multicall may be specified in the
ModelMBeanOperationInfo object. proxyInvokeType=multicall is
required in the Descriptor object of the getter and setter
operations in order for multicall to work for getter and
setter MBean operations.  When specified in a spec MBean as
part of the ModelMBeanAttributeInfo object, those properties
should not also be required to be specified in the getter and
setter operations which are defined in the
ModelMBeanOperationInfo object.

Problem conclusion

The code has been modified such that when the proxyInvokeType
and/or proxySetterInvokeType properties are specified in the
MBean ModelMBeanAttributeInfo object, they are propagated to
the ModelMBeanOperationInfo object if the proxyInvokeType
property is not already defined in that object.

APAR PK76250 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 6.0.2.35 of WebSphere Application Server V6.0.1
for z/OS.
