Error description

If an enterprise application contains shared library settings in
application and/or module levels, during editing of a module,
the existing shared library settings in application and other
module levels will be wiped out.

When a single module of an enterprise application is edited,
the shared library setting in the application and other module
levels is not initialized to its existing value. As a result,
the uninitialized value is treated as an empty value provided
by the deployer causing existing settings to be removed.

Problem conclusion

The code has been corrected to recognize the uninitialized
library setting value when a single module of an enterprise
application is edited.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
