Error description

During core group bridge shutdown, the bridge does not shut
down its CoreStack properly, and this causes threads to linger
unnecessarily.  These lingering threads can cause view
instability in the local core group.

A core group bridge not stopping its CoreStack during
shutdown might cause the remaining core group bridges to
experience view stability issues.  On z/OS, it can prevent
the underlying process from releasing threads, which can
prevent the JVM from terminating properly.  A sign of this
problem might be a DCSV9415 message.

Problem conclusion

The core group bridge now stops it CoreStack during shutdown.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.0.2.35, 6.1.0.23, and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
