Error description

1)HTTPHeaderFilter Changes <someHeader> header is not present:
The filter "<someHeader> != <value>" will cause the isAccepted()
method to both return false when
(a) the <someHeader> header is is present and its value is
<value> - and
(b) when the <someHeader> header is not present at all

Consider these two filter conditions:
Authorization != Basic
OR
Via != proxy.server.com

The HTTPHeaderFilter.isAccepted() will only return true when
these headers are present, and they do not have the values
searched for. When the headers are not present, the method
returns false. This is not actually fixed with APAR PK61615.


2)HTTPHeaderFilter breaks if space is present in the
filter

The presence of spaces in the values of filter conditions break
the filter. Consider a filter such as:

user-agent!=IBM Web Services Explorer;request-url!=noSPNEGO

3) Filtering based on IP addresses such as the InfoCenter
documented example of "remote-address<192.168.255.135" is not
working as expected

SPNEGO HTTP header filters are not handling spaces, IP

Problem conclusion

The filters were updated filters to handle spaces, IP
addresses and the != condition properly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
page for delivery information:
