Error description

In console, the user can create an empty cluster then sync and
save it. The user can then delete that newly created
cluster (which is empty). After deletion, the console will give
an option to sync and save but once that save link is
clicked the user is logged out of the console and possibly an
error message is shown, which can be similar to:

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle
/ibm/console/navigatorCmd.do has
not been defined.

or

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle xdblade36b03:9043
has not been
defined.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Deleting an empty cluster and doing a   *
*                      save afterwards causes every user to    *
*                      be logged out of the console because    *
*                      the administrative console gets         *
*                      restarted.                              *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

In a WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment
environment, when an empty cluster is deleted and the changes
are saved, all administrative console users are logged out of
their active session in the console. The users are brought
back to the login screen or they may see a message similar to
one of the following:

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle
/ibm/console/navigatorCmd.do has not been defined.

SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle xdblade36b03:9043
has not been defined.

Problem conclusion

The code has been modified to not log a user out after
deleting an empty cluster.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.23 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
