PK76504: FIX REGENCERTS ON RENAMECELL FOR VM ACTIVATION SCENARIO

Closed as program error.

Error description

During VM activation cell is renamed via command and regenCerts
is passed in to ensure that certs are updated with new cell
name.  This option is not working correctly as it does not
update all references to old cell name with new cell name.

Updating the cell ID during profile extraction phase of
appliance creation does not rename cell name references in the
certificates.

Problem conclusion

Ensure that updating the cell ID during appliance creation
updates all the references to the old cell name including the
ones in certificates under etc directories.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
