Web service invocations via the web services gateway perform
more slowly than with version 6.

This change improves the performance of web service
invocations via the web services gateway.

Problem conclusion

The gateway code was changed to provide improved performance
by a change in the way classes are loaded.

This fix is targeted for inclusion in 7.0.0.3: WebSphere
Application Server 7.0 Fix Pack 3. Please refer to the
