A cycle of loading and saving resource documents (resources.xml)
create duplicate display-name elements.

Description:

A load and save of a resources.xml creates duplicate display
name elements.  For example, given a resources.xml document that
contains:

Problem summary

*                      grows in size because duplicate         *
*                      "displayNames" elements are             *
*                      continually added.                      *

Each time a resource document is saved, the display name is
updated. For each update a new displayNames element is added,
instead of updating the existing element.

Problem conclusion

CompatibilityDescriptionGroupImpl was changed to update the
existing displayNames element.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.35, 6.1.0.25, and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
