A Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) application canceled a
SIP timer however, the SIP container tried to re-cancel it upon
invalidating.

Problem conclusion

The code flow now checks if a SIP timer was canceled before
issuing another cancel.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
