Error description

When Sync2OsThread security is in affect, FFDC must make
security calls to push and pop credentials on the thread so that
 the FFDC incidents are created with server authority, and not w
ith the authority currently on the thread.  In V70, some small c
hanges caused this code to be missed.

If SyncToOsThread is used in certain situations, FFDC
incidents are written by wrong credential and this can cause
incidents to not be rendered and cause Security Manager error
messages.  This is not a security exposure, but it can cause
FFDC incidents to not be rendered.

Problem conclusion

This code re-instates the ServerIdentityHelper calls from
WebSphere V6.1. Two important improvements are that, with
FFDC fully componentized in V70, the calls were able to be done
directly instead of through reflection, and moving the pop
call to the finally block puts an extra guarantee on its
execution.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
