Error description

When submitting an install application job to the jobmgr via
the console, the following error is seen:

message: JobStatusMessage:{super={com.ibm.wsspi.management.
system.JobStatusMessage@1213b03e}, defaultMessage=CWWSY0300E:
Problem while processing {0} operation.  Message: {1},
bundleName=com.ibm.ws.management.system.resources.system,
key=CWWSY0300E, values={value[0]=installApplication, value[1]=
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/
profiles/????/temp/installApplication_null_2094235940.props.

This was originally discovered in an environment containing a
non-English jobmgr and a non-English dmgr cell.

Another symptom of this problem can be seen by setting the
following trace spec on the dmgr:

    *=info:com.ibm.ws.management.system.*=all

In this case, the dmgr trace log may contain a
FileNotFoundException, similar to the following:

The variable expansion code used by the job processor
performed an MBean query, but the query did not specify the
process type. This meant an incorrect MBean was found and
returned a bad path, resulting in a FileNotFoundException.

Problem conclusion

The code was modified to specify the process in the MBean
query, ensuring that the correct MBean and thus the correct
path will be found.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
