Error description

If deployment manager gets file system error (e.g., disk
full, Too many open files), node synchronization deletes the
entire node configuration ("cells/" folder on node) as a
consequence.  File system error can be created by executing
long running update application script which has frequent file
updates.

If deployment manager encounteres a file system error (like
disk full, too many open files error, and so on), node
synchronization deletes the entire node configuration - that is,
the entire "cells/" folder on the node. File system errors can
be created by running a long running update application script
which has frequent file updates.

As a precaution, code change is introduced to ignore any
attempt to delete the entire "cells/" directory tree during
node synchronization. Actually there is no chance for node
synchronization to delete the entire "cell" directory tree in
any normal working scenario.

Problem conclusion

Source code has been modified to ignore any attempt to delete
the entire "cell" directory tree during node synchronization.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
