Error description

The client code is sending an RPC/encoded message without
multirefs. Without the multirefs, the web service is unable to
build a shared object.

A JAX-RPC RPC/encoded web service client may send a message
without using the multiref format. Without the multirefs the
web service is unable to build a shared object.

Problem conclusion

The JAX-RPC web services code was corrected so that a client
now sends a message with multirefs if RPC/encoded is used.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.35, 6.1.0.25 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
