Error description

When using the administrative console to install or update an
enterprise application that has a Map Roles To Users step, if
no values are changed, incorrect user/uuid information may be
written.

Local fix

Skip the Map Roles to Users step during Install/Update and set
the values after application is installed/updated.

Problem summary

*                      map roles to users task can become      *
*                      corrupted when updating an              *
*                      application.                            *

When updating enterprise applications containing user to role
mappings, the mappings may become corrupted if the user visits
the user to role mapping panel during the update.

Problem conclusion

The UID of the user was being appended to the user name.  It
should have been written to its own attribute.  The user name
and UID are now written correctly in config respository.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates

Temporary fix

Unmap and then remap all the roles to users after the
application has been updated.  This will fix the user data.
