Problem summary

When passwords in sas.client.props are encoded, the security
code needs to decode the passwords prior to invoke remote RMI
call. However, the code uses the password as it is. As
a result, CORBA.NO_PERMISSION error was thrown by a
destination server.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, the passwords in sas.client.prop file are
decoded properly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
