Error description

The problem occurs only if the jvm already has some existing
custom property.

Application servers > server1 > Process Definition > Java
Virtual Machine > Custom Properties


Cerate 2 new Custom Properties on server1 then modify the
Troubleshooting RuntimeMessages to set to Error

Console->Troubleshooting -> Runtime Messages
From right side panel, from Drop Down menu
Select "Error"
Click "Apply"
Save Changes

It actually modifies the first custom property in the list to
have name com.ibm.ws.console.runtime.events as Error. So it
removed the first custom property in the list.

Troubleshooting -> Runtime -> Messages and Apply,
causes the first System property value to be replaced.

Problem conclusion

Code changes have been made to correct this bug and preserve
the values.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.35, 6.1.0.25, & 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
