AppClient migration on iSeries fails with a NullPointerException
for configurations that use a J2C.properties.

*                      a NullPointerException when the         *
*                      j2c.properties is located in the        *
*                      properties directory.                   *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

AppClient migration will fail during WASPostUpgrade with A
NullPointerException, or with an exception with a caused by
clause that references this exception.

     (J2CConfig.java:63)

If J2CConfig.java line 63 is referenced in the stack trace
reported as causing the migration to fail then applying this
APAR will resolve the problem.

Problem conclusion

Migration no longer tries to convert the j2c.properties file
to an entry in the WebSphere resources.xml file.  This
conversion is not valid for AppClient installations, so the
supported behavior is restored.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
