Error description

When the host name is changed using the procedure documented
in the Information Center at

the following exception is found in the SystemOut log of all
running servers.

HMGR0083E: An error was encountered merging configuration
information. The element type is HAProcesses. The exception
is com.ibm.wsspi.hamanager.HAException: The host name for
process CELL\NODE\PROCESS has changed. The old host name is
<HOST_NAME> and the new host name is <HOST_NAME>

The High Availability (HA) Manager did not allow host name
changes to be made dynamically.

Problem conclusion

The HA Manager has been changed to allow and properly respond
to a host name change.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.0.2.35, 6.1.0.25 and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer
