Error description

WebSphere Customization Tools requires a facility for
configuring extensions provided by feature packs and stacked
products. (Once a feature pack or stacked product extension is
configured into WebSphere Customization Tools, the Profile
Management Tool for z/OS will provide customization support
for the respective feature pack or stacked product.)

The function to configure feature pack and stacked product
extensions into WebSphere Customization Tools is not delivered
with the base WebSphere Customization Tools 7.0.0.1
application. A separate download (from the WebSphere
Customization Tools download site) of a patch that must be
manually applied to the WebSphere Customization Tools install
image is required before feature pack and stacked product
extensions can be configured into WebSphere Customization
Tools 7.0.0.1.

Problem conclusion

The function contained in the patch file for WebSphere
Customization Tools 7.0.0.1 that enables feature pack and
stacked product extensions to be configured into WebSphere
Customization Tools has been integrated into WebSphere
Customization Tools 7.0.0.3.

WebSphere Customization Tools 7.0.0.3, when available, can be
downloaded from the following site:
