Error description

When migration runs with scriptCompatibility=false the server
level security.xml files are not converted to security domains.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The migration code does not convert     *

*                      configurations to v7 security domains.  *

Customers who migrate with scriptCompatibility=false will find
that their server level security.xml files still exist and no
security-domains are created for the federated nodes.

This does not affect users of server level security
configurations where the servers are members of a cluster.

Problem conclusion

Migration has been updated to correctly create the
security-domain for each server level security.xml

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
