Error description

IBM HTTP Server 6.1.0.17/Plugin 6.1.0.17 core dumping with
sigsegv with moderate load

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Some cases of the SSL certificate have  *
*                      fields with NUll values and some OSs    *
*                      such as Solaris will not print null     *
*                      values.                                 *

Add tests for nulls on the values on all fields to be printed
and add a value to any null value so that no attempt is made to
print a null value.

Problem conclusion

Changed the code where the certificate infomation is printed so
that the print null value situation is not attempted.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.27 currently scheduled for 09/21/2009 and
7.0.0.5 currently scheduled for 08/10/2009.  Please refer to
