Error description

This is to address a number of problems in the Transaction
functional area, encompassing Compensation Scopes, Business
Activity and Atomic Transactions on z/OS.

1. Web Services Atomic Transaction requests fail. The Control
Region processing of the SOAP for Web Services Transactions (
WSTx ) 1.1 fails, so the transaction is not imported. The

2. XAResourceNotAvailableException generated after Servant
Region failure.

3. CloseTwoWayOperation fails with OptionalDataException when
using Web Services Business Activity 1.1. The exception occurs
when deserialising the marshalled data in the SR from the CR
sysapp.  It occurs because the CR SRAggregator is calling the
SR closeOperation when it should be calling
closeTwoWayOperation.

4. Enabling local http with jax-ws, single server tests fail
with ClassCastException on the response.

Problem conclusion

1. The Transaction service will be changed to process the WSTX
1.1 SOAP message correctly.
2. Class CScopeXAResourceFactory will be changed to check that
the requested recovery failurescope corresponds to the
XAResourceInfo supplied by the Transaction Service.
3. Class WSBAParticipantPortZOSImpl will be changed to ensure
that the correct method is called.
4. The Transaction Service will be changed to ensure that the
correct classes are being used.

APAR PK80530 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Service Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.3 of WebSphere
Application Server  for z/OS.
