*                  have enabled web container custom property  *
*                  'DebugSessionCrossover' and have security   *
*                  enabled may occasionally experience false   *
*                  session crossover messages.                 *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the web container custom           *
*                      property 'DebugSessionCrossover' is     *
*                      set and server security is enabled,     *
*                      occasional authentication requests      *
*                      from internal Websphere Application     *
*                      Server components may collide with      *
*                      user requests and trigger false         *
*                      session crossover messages.             *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The issue could occasionally occur when a security enabled
WebSphere Application Server has the web container custom
property 'DebugSessionCrossover' set to true. In this
configuration an authentication request from an internal
Application Server component and a user request may get
processed by the same thread. During this event, if the
session ids used in the internal request and the user request
are different, then a false session crossover message may be
triggered.

Problem conclusion

The APAR resolves this by distinguishing between user and
internal requests.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.37, 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
