Error description

After abnormal Control Region Adjunct (CRA) termination,
subsequent web messaging operations fail with the following
error:

When the Control Region Adjunct (CRA) process dies, Web
messaging operations will not function when CRA process
becomes active again.

Problem conclusion

Abnormal CRA/ME termination detection code has been improved
and Web messaging operations will function when CRA becomes
active again.   During the short interval the CRA is
restarting - Web messaging operations will not be available.


The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
