Error description

The below exception is thrown then attempting to perform a
JNDI lookup with the following WebSphere Application
Server V7.0 standalone client Jar files included in the
classpath:
com.ibm.ws.sib.client.thin.jms_7.0.0.jar
com.ibm.ws.ejb.thinclient_7.0.0.jar

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
java/util/concurrent/ConcurrentSkipListMap at
com.ibm.ejs.util.am.AlarmManager.<clinit>(AlarmManager.java:81)

Local fix

There are some stack products that use JRE 1.5 as part of
their install and place the plugins directory on their
classpath. A change was made for 7.0.0.3 in the runtime
code to look at the JRE version and and use the appropriate
AlarmManger code. This allows to go back to using common
code across all the jars again.

For 7.0.0.1, make sure that com.ibm.ws.ejb.thinclient_
7.0.0.0.jar is on the classpath before any other jars that
contain the AlarmManager classes. For 7.0.0.3, this issue
should be resolved.

in the com.ibm.ws.sib.client.thin.jms_7.0.0.jar
Jar file for fix pack 7.0.0.1.

Problem conclusion

The com.ibm.ws.sib.client.thin.jms_7.0.0.jar Jar file in
fix pack 7.0.0.3 and later will not include the class that is
incompatible with a J2SE 5.0 JRE.
The correct version of this class is included in the
com.ibm.ws.ejb.thinclient_7.0.0.jar package.
