Error description

While creating a datasource, it is required to make sure the
jndiname is unique. Checking for a duplicate jndi name is
taking too long. This is because the check is made by looking
at all the resources in the cell instead of just looking at
the current scope.

Creating a data source in large topology takes a long time.
This is because the check is made by looking at all the
resources in the cell instead of just looking at the current
scope.

Problem conclusion

Modified code to only check for duplicate jndi names within
the same context under which the data source is being created
instead of checking the entire cell.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
