Error description

You can create IPCConnector and JSR160RMIConnector objects on
backlevel nodes using ConfigService. We should not allow these
objects to be created on backlevel nodes.

The IPCConnector and JSR160RMIConnnector objects were
introduced in version 7 of Websphere Application
Server.  In mixed cell environments, users are being allowed
to create these configuration objects on version 6 Nodes.
This creation should not be allowed.  The creation is
being allowed because the configuration diff used to track
object versions has an error.

Problem conclusion

The Configuration diff used to identify object versions has been
corrected.  Now users can expect to see an
InvalidConfigDataType Exception when they try to create these
objects on version 6 Nodes.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
