Error description

While using the result of request.getAttributeNames()
enumeration in a loop it's not possible to remove/add attributes
for the same request object. Trying to do this will throw a
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException, since the
enumeration is a reference to the internal Collection that
holds the request attributes.

Local fix

Ideally application code should be making a copy of attributes
from the Enumeration returned and iterate though the new
object to modify the request object.

While traversing through a returned enumeration from
request.getAttributeNames(), if a servlet modifies the list by
calling request.removeAttribute(), any subsequent call to
nextElement() will cause a
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException.

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer code was enhanced to allow such modification
by returning an enumeration of a copy of the list attributes.
To enable this behavior, a WebContainer custom property needs
to be set:
com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.copyattributeskeyset =
true/false(default)
The custom property is not case sensitive.
