Error description

When a logical server name lookup fails for a request with
affinity and an error needs to be returned to the client, this
error needs to be configured so that the customer's end
application can interrept this correctly.   Currently we are
returning a 404 which is designed for a "user not found". This
is incorrect.

When the SIP Proxy has a lookup failure for a logical server
name that does not exist, it should not return a 404 error
response to the client.

Problem conclusion

In order to change the error code being returned, 2 new custom
properties had to be created ('lsnLookupFailureResponseCode'
and 'lsnLookupFailureReasonPhrase').   The administrator now
has control over what error code that the client application
will understand by setting these 2 custom properties.  These
custom properties are set in the SIP Proxy Settings -> Custom
properties section.  The 'lsnLookupFailureResponseCode' should
be an integer that is a valid SIP response code.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.25 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
