Error description

No Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) request validation when
container passes the SIP reguest from the request's queue  to
Presence Server application.

*                      request is already invalidated          *

A SIP request is being inserted to internal queue and while in
the queue it is being invalidated. When the request is being
invoked the SIP container does not check if the request is
invalidated, the result is illegalStateException being thrown
and 481 response is not being sent the UAC.

Problem conclusion

The SIP request is being checked when removed from the queue.
If the request is already invalidated the SIP container sends
481 response to the UAC.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.25 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
