Error description

Problem relates to releases of IBM HTTP Server 6.1 plugin module
on multi platforms.

 Plugin isn't encoding requests with embedded XML content

Local fix

L3 WL3PLG provided test fix to customer.

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Plugin does not encode embedded XML     *
*                      content within a request                *

The plugin would ignore certain characters that were part of
embedded XML content when encoding the request prior to
submission to WebSphere.  This would result in a 400 Bad
Request return code.

Problem conclusion

The plugin was updated to correct this situation.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.25 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
