PK81964: RESOURCES DOES NOT GET CREATED WHEN BPC APPLICATIONS ARE INSTALLED BY USER WITH DEPLOYER ROLE

Closed as program error.

Error description

Application installed with the userID with a "Deployer role"
authority does not create required Service Component
Architecture (SCA) resources.

Issue can be recreated using StandAlone OR in cluster
environment.

1. Enable Security
2. Create a new user "deployer1"
Administrative Console -> Users and Groups  -> Manage Users

3. Add "deployer role"  to the new user
Administrative Console  -> Users and Groups  -> Administrative
User Role

4. Restart the server.

5.  Login to administrative console as a "deployer1"

6.Install  application
( no error/warning  will be seen during application install)
7. Start the application and check the errors in the
systemout.log .

Local fix

User will need an Administrator role OR additional  configurator
role to be able to install BPC applications

Problem summary

Since a user with deployer role does not have permission to
create resources, such a user cannot deploy BPC applications
successfully.

Problem conclusion

To allow a deployer to install BPC applications, added the
support of runAsSystem to create resources when a deployer
deploys an application such as BPC, which uses runAsSystem to
create resources during application deployment.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
