Error description

When invoking WSDL2Java via Rational Application Developer 7+
and "Prepare for Deployment" for a set of Dynamic Web Projects
containing a Web Service, and then subsequently deleting all of
the projects, the project containing a Custom Provider JAR will
remain.

An error pop-up window appears saying the following:
Problems encountered while deleting resources

Could not delete /myProjectEAR.
Problems encountered while deleting files.
Could not delete:
C:/myWorkspace/myProjectEAR/myCustomProvderJAR.jar

The WSDL2Java action within Rational Application
Developer (RAD) 7 does not release a resource.
Example exception:

Could not delete /myProjectEAR.
Problems encountered while deleting files.
Could not delete:
C:/myWorkspace/myProjectEAR/myCustomProvderJAR.jar

Problem conclusion

WSDL2Java failed to release a reference to a
ClassLoader, which was using a file resource.

The WSDL2Java code is corrected.  The lingering
reference to the ClassLoader was removed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.0.2.35, 6.1.0.25, and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
