Error description

When a user tries to manipulate configuration objects that
store passwords through properties based configuration commands,
 the encoded passwords may be printed out on debug trace
logs.  These encoded passwords need to be removed from the
debug trace logs.

The properties file based configuration commands display
encoded passwords in trace logs.  This occurs because many of
the methods in the code return configuration data and print it
out in the traces for debugging purposes.  However, these
methods were not checking to make sure these printed out
pieces of configuration data do not contain passwords.

Problem conclusion

The code has been modified to check configuration data before
it is printed out.  If the configuration data has a password
in it, the code prints out the ***** string in the traces
instead of the password.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
