APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Unable to access the administrative console because an
  OutOfMemoryError occurred while starting and stopping many
  servers continuously.

  Server status messages were building up in a queue without
  being cleared.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved and the messages are properly
  cleared.
