• Current Rational Application Developer tooling jar produced by
  the Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture (SCA)
  contains base IBM WebSphere Application Server classes, which
  need to be removed.

  The Feature Pack tooling JAR file contains the IBM StAX
  binaries along with the IBM bundled Axis2 binaries. Since the
  Feature Pack does not ship these, they should not be in the
  tooling JAR.
  

Problem conclusion

• Removed the Axis2 and IBM StAX binaries from the Feature Pack
  tooling JAR.
  
  APAR PK83164 is currently targeted for inclusion in
  Service Level (Fix Pack) 1.0.0.3 of IBM WebSphere Application
  Server v7 Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture
