Error description

When using the "Download" function within the zPMT to download
managed node or federate response file from a set of saved ISPF
Configuration Dialog variables, the resulting response file
is not valid.  Choosing a managed node response file results
in a federate response file.  Choosing a federate response file
results in a managed node response file.

*                      chosen.  If "z/OS federate an           *
*                      application server" is chosen, a        *
*                      managed node response file is           *
*                      generated.  If "z/OS managed (custom)   *
*                      node" is chosen, a federate response    *
*                      file is generated.                      *

Two of the entries in the list that the WCT uses to determine
what type of response file to generate from the ISPF
Configuration Dialog variables that are being downloaded, are
in reverse order. This causes the WCT to generate a "managed
node" response file when the user requested a "federate"
response file and vice versa.

Problem conclusion

The WCT code will be updated to generate the correct type of
response file when a federate or managed node response file is
requested.
