Caused by:
com.ibm.websphere.management.exception.DocumentIOException:
cells/smautoCell-1/nodes/smfvt/servers/MyWebServer1/plugin-cfg.x

The above exception is thrown when a web server is created
and immediately deleted (usually within 15 seconds). A file
lock on the plugin-cfg.xml file was not yet released when
the delete operation attempted to delete the file.

Problem conclusion

Code changes have been made to release the file lock on the
plugin-cfg.xml file earlier.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
page for delivery information:

Temporary fix

Allow some time before creating and deleting a web server.
