Error description

• The wsdb2gen tool fails when running with the iseries native
  toolkit.

  During the 7.0.0.5 development cycle, a change was made to the
  wsdb2gen tool which broke JDBC URL processing.  This was
  detected and fixed within the 7.0.0.5 cycle.
  

Problem conclusion

• The wsdb2gen tool's JDBC processing algorithm was updated to
  correctly process URLs that have attached JDBC properties.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
