Error description

SIP - Failover - Only 'master'listens to broadcasts
When a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) container starts or
discovers a new member in the cluster it broadcasts its
logical names to Unified Clustering Framework (UCF), hoping
the "master" will update the "master logical names table".
If you are not a "master" you can ignore this broadcast.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using DRS for SIP failover, upon   *
*                      crash of the "master" server you        *
*                      lose logical names available for        *
*                      failover.                               *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Master table of available logical names in a sip cluster is
not replicated to all members. The problem was that there was
a hidden assumption that the master copy will not fail. that's
not the case in practice.

Problem conclusion

The code inside SIP container was changed so each SIP
container will maintain that logical names table.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.5 and 6.1.0.25. Please refer to the Recommended
