applications concurrently on WebSphere

Tried to install two SCA applications concurrently on
WebSphere Application Server V6.0.2, getting
ConcurrentModificationException from configuration
service code

Problem conclusion

The ConcurrentModificationException error is caused due to the
same configuration attribute list being modified at the same
time (another thread is iterating over the attribute list) in
SpecialAttributeRegistry.checkUnique() method.  We have fixed
checkUnique code to initialize (create) a new (duplicate)
attribute list locally which would avoid the other thread
modifying it concurrently (the other thread does not know the
local attribute list).

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.0.2.37, 6.1.0.27, and 7.0.0.7  Please refer to the
