Error description

In a mixed cell environment (V7.0 dmgr with V7.0 and V6.1
nodes), making changes to HTTP channel setting on the V6.1
server will result in the V6.1 server failing to start.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Changing the HTTP channel setting on    *
*                      a V6.1 server in a mixed cell (V7.0     *
*                      and V6.1) results in the V6.1 server    *
*                      failing to start.                       *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The console is incorrectly writing attributes that apply only
to the V7.0 server to the V6.1 server configuration. This
causes the V6.1 server to fail to start.

Problem conclusion

Changed the console code so it does not write HTTP
channel attributes to the V6.1 server configuration that are
for the V7.0 server configuration.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
