Error description

Problem:
The application target cluster list is empty when WebSphere
Application Server Community Edition dynamic clusters are
created and you have webpshere Application server dynamic
clusters in the environment.

This problem exist on WebSphere Extended Deployment V6.1.0.5
and WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment edition
V6.1.0.23 and V7.0.0.3

*                      application can be mapped to may not    *
*                      display any clusters.                   *

When the first non-mappable cluster is found, no further
clusters are listed in the Available targets list to map
modules.

Problem conclusion

Code has been changed to continue looking for valid clusters
after the first invalid one is found.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.27 and 7.0.0.5  Please refer to the Recommended
